Sally Craven is a multidisciplinary artist living on unceded Kaurna land, working across sculpture, installation, video and performance. She holds a Master of Landscape Architecture and has worked for international design studios Snøhetta (Norway) and Taylor Cullity Lethlean, exploring the poetic expression of the Australian landscape and contemporary culture. Sally was recently mentored by Australian producer/curator Erin Milne of Bureau of Works alongside Ena Grozdanić, during a Creative Development Program and studio residency at Testing Grounds in 2021. This resulted in Sally and Ena’s exhibition Riverbeds at FELTspace which was activated by a sound performance from musician/composer Nic Ryan-Glenie. In 2019 Sally performed in Marina Rosenfeld’s The Sheer Frost Orchestra at Borderlands, Dark MOFO. She is a co-director at FELTspace ARI and sessional lecturer in Master of Landscape Architecture courses at the University of Adelaide.
