Andrew Batt-Rawden is a multi-disciplinary artist who works across vocal performance, dance, contemporary performance and inter-arts collaboration. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Music composition from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, and went on to become the Artistic Director of Aurora New Music, the curator for New Wave: Sound Series and Bellingen Music Festival.
He co-founded Chronology Arts with fellow composer Alex Pozniak, where they commissioned, performed, recorded and broadcast new music composers in Australia across a number of venues (including the Melbourne Recital Centre and the Sydney Opera House). Andrew has also worked as the Publisher for Limelight Magazine and a Lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney and the University of Sydney.
