RUBY GLASKIN (Producer) is an independent producer specialising in queer performance, artist development & international exchange. Ruby was co-founder & Executive Producer of Milk Presents, one the UK’s leading queer performance companies. With Milk Presents Ruby produced numerous national & international tours of award-winning queer theatre, artist development programmes, podcasts, club nights and advocacy & training. Ruby proudly led In Good Company, the East Midlands flagship artist development programme, for four years, and now works in artist development & showcasing. She currently works as a consultant for Pro Helvetia, the Swiss Arts Council, leading on their Swiss Connection UK programme designed to connect Swiss artists to the UK arts scene, including producing a Swiss Showcase at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe for three years. More recently she has worked with Kreativ Transfer Germany to produce the first ever showcase of work made in Germany at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. She's previously produced for Raze Collective, Scottee & Friends, London Artist Projects, Annie Siddons, Offstage Theatre, Punchdrunk, Reed Woolley, Escalator East & The Living Theatre. Ruby is producing Krishna Istha's M:OTHERHOOD trilogy, alongside an ever-evolving team of partners, producers and collaborators.
