Nick Delatovic is a queer Canberra-based songwriter, interdisciplinary artist, and creative producer. A product of the ACT music, performance art and theatre scenes, Nick’s work is concerned with connection, ordeal, power, performance and the nature of entertainment.

Nick's previous touring shows include Single Leg (2019), Aerobicide: Feel Better (2018), This Band Will Self-Destruct (2018) and Bomb Collar (2017).

Nick’s latest theatre show, working title Must Go On, began developing with the support of Canberra Theatre Centre’s New Ideas Lab in April 2022.

Since 2011 Nick has been a creative producer for You Are Here, Canberra’s dedicated artist development organisation. In this role they have helped hundreds of artists across dozens of artforms develop their work and connect it to audience.

Nick Plays sings and writes songs for the bands Babyfreeze and Fancy Nick Delatovic and the Empty Lake Singers. They have a day job as a wrestling coach and love hard exercise. Their favourite movie is Desert Hearts (1986).
