About
Jo Lloyd is an influential Melbourne dance artist working with choreography as a social encounter for varying durations and contexts. She has presented work in Dance Massive, Melbourne Festival, for Chunky Move (Next Move), MCA, NGV and Liveworks (2016 and 2017). Last year she presented Confusion for Three at PICA and premiered OVERTURE at Arts House, which received three Green Room Awards and a Helpmann Award nomination. She has been Resident Director of Lucy Guerin Inc.(2016) and recently received an Australia Council Fellowship. She is a Resident Artist at The SUBSTATION.
