Cat Jones is an artist, writer and researcher thinking across biological, social and metaphysical realms. She experiments with transformation through the subversion of science, history, language and the senses. Working with neuroscientists, biologists, anatomists, entomologists, gastronomists and chemists Cat creates live, media, illusory, site-responsive, socially engaged, edible and olfactory art. Her projects span plant science, multispecies relationships, entomophagy, illusions, identity politics, climate futures, medicine + feminist futures.
