The Experimental Performance Fellowship (EPF) is a year-long, self-directed program of research and development that supports NSW-based artists and collectives to push the boundaries of performance practice. Designed for practitioners whose work engages deeply with their contemporary social, cultural, political, environmental, geographic, economic, or technological contexts, the fellowship provides time, resources, and professional support from PSpace to explore ambitious ideas and expand artistic form. Fellows are encouraged to take creative risks, investigate new methodologies, and deepen the conceptual and practical rigour of their work, with the aim of making a significant contribution to experimental performance in Australia and the Asia-Pacific.

The 2026 Experimental Performance Fellow is Angela Goh.

The Experimental Performance Fellowship is made possible through the generous support of our Future40 Circle.
