Join writer and scholar Theron Schmidt for an artist-centred conversation celebrating the launch of his new book Agency: A Partial History of Live Art (2019). A collection of dialogues and provocations from radical artists and thinkers around the world, Agency explores how and when we make possibility for action in the face of what oppresses us.

Agency was commissioned for the 20th anniversary of the Live Art Development Agency in London. For this event, Theron will be joined by Sydney-based artists Brian Fuata and Sarah Rodigari. The book will be available for sale at the launch, or can be ordered from the UK here.

This is a free event but bookings are essential.
