Auspicing Services

Auspicing means PSpace manages the financial and administrative side of your grant or project funds, so you can focus fully on your creative work. When your grant is auspiced by us, you and your team are covered by PSpace’s PLI insurance, and we handle payments, contract templates and budgeting support. For a small auspicing fee, which you can include in your grant application, we take care of the time-consuming financial management, helping to reduce stress and ensure compliance.

Contact us before applying for a grant so we can review your budget and factor our auspicing fee into your request. If your application is successful, we will contract you, manage and distribute funds according to your budget, and provide all necessary financial reports for you to complete your acquittal. We also offer contract templates if required for you to simplify hiring your team. For larger or more complex projects, including those funded by major institutions or festivals, PSpace can provide additional financial oversight and organise insurance coverage, which is often required for artists working with these organisations; saving you time and helping your project run smoothly.
