Rhiannon Newton
Rhiannon is an Australian choreographer who grew up on Dunghutti land and lives and work on Gadigal and Wangal land. Her work experiments with the ways dance and performance cultivate sensations connection between people and environments. Her choreographies have been presented by Sydney Festival, Dancehouse, Dance Nucleus (Singapore), Dance Massive, Campbelltown Arts Centre, Brisbane Powerhouse and Baltic Circle (Finland). Rhiannon has worked as a performer and collaborator with artists such as Mette Edvardsen (Belgium), Martin del Amo, Rosalind Crisp, and Brooke Stamp (among many others).
