Marketing and Development Manager

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week

Basis of employment: One year contract

Salary range: $55-65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation

OVERVIEW:

Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Marketing & Development Manager works to increase Performance Space’s profile, audiences and supporter base. They are the primary point of contact between Performance Space and our audience, subscribers and key stakeholders; in particular, donors, funders, sponsors and philanthropic organisations. Working closely with the General Manager, the Marketing & Development Manager manages the delivery of Performance Space’s marketing and development plans. This role oversees all areas of communication including social media, e-news, website, media and working with internal and external partners.

Program Coordinator

Hours:

Part Time (3 days/22.5 hours per week) March‑September 2017; and November 2017-March 2018

Full-Time (5 days/37.5 hours per week) September-October 2017

Basis of employment: One year contract

Salary range: $50-55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation (pro rata)

Employment conditions: Pro rata of Four (4) weeks annual leave

OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Coordinator supports the delivery of Performance Space’s artistic program to an exceptional standard of rigour and professionalism. This includes a year-round program of residencies and artist development initiatives, and Performance Space’s annual keynote presentation event, the Liveworks Festival of Experimental Art. Taking a key role in the delivery of Liveworks and its affiliated programs, the Program Coordinator works 3 days per week year-round, becoming full time in September & October to support the delivery of the festival. The Program Coordinator also ensures that Performance Space’s day-to-day operations are conducted efficiently with strong administrative detail.
