PERFORMANCE SPACE FAREWELLS TULLEAH PEARCE

Posted on: March 4th, 2019

PSpace will soon bid a fond farewell to our wonderful Program Manager Tulleah Pearce. Tulleah is leaving Performance Space to take up the exciting role of Associate Producer – Artist and Sector Development at Sydney Opera House and will continue working on independent projects. A widely respected curator and producer, Tulleah has been with Performance Space for nearly seven years, making a pivotal contribution to our programming and most recently leading the delivery of our projects as Program Manager.

Selected highlights of her work with us include curating The Future Leaks Out featuring a public space commission by Emily Parsons-Lord, taking us into the neighbourhood with the community-sited project We The People, cocurating Sonic Social at the MCA with Jeff Khan and Performance Contemporary at Sydney Contemporary in 2018. She worked closely with many Performance Space artists to develop their works for presentation, toured commissions nationally and internationally, as well as continued to build and strengthen the Liveworks Access Program across multiple festivals.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to Tulleah for making a substantial contribution to the success of our work, and wish her the very best in her new role. Tulleah will depart Performance Space at the end of March 2019.
