LIVEWORKS LAB 2018

The Liveworks Lab—Performance Space’s international artist laboratory focusing on Asia-Australia exchange—aims to foster experimentation and new ideas, where artists are given the time and space to explore new methodologies and philosophies of making, advance their current projects and practice, and develop new peer networks and creative dialogues.

Presented alongside Performance Space’s annual Liveworks Festival of Experimental Art, the Liveworks Lab is co-facilitated by Performance Space’s Artistic Director Jeff Khan alongside local and international guest facilitators, and supports the development of interdisciplinary artists from across the region. The first week of the lab happens within the Liveworks Festival itself, while the second week sees the artists and facilitators decamping to the Bundanon Trust, an artist residency centre in regional NSW.

Victoria Hunt
Moe Satt
Jaimie Waititi
Yu Hsin Su
